Follow these steps to permanently delete your Freshiyo customer account.

Steps to Delete Your Account Permanently

Login to Your Account

Open the Freshiyo app and login to your customer account using your registered mobile number and OTP.

Access Profile Tab

Click on the last bottom tab which is the "Profile" tab. This will open your customer profile page.

Scroll to Bottom

Scroll down to the bottom of the profile page where you will find two options:

  • Logout: For temporary logout (you can login again later)
  • Delete Account: For permanent account deletion

Click Delete Account

If you want to permanently delete your account, click on the "Delete Account" option.

Confirm Deletion

You will be asked to confirm the account deletion. Read the warning message carefully and confirm your decision.

Account Deleted Permanently

Once you confirm, your account will be deleted permanently. You will no longer be able to access your account, order history, saved delivery addresses, payment methods, wishlist items, or any associated data.

Important Notes

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including order history, saved delivery addresses, payment methods, wishlist items, loyalty points, and account information will be permanently removed.

  • Make sure all your pending orders have been delivered or cancelled before deleting your account
  • Ensure all pending payments, refunds, or wallet balance have been processed or withdrawn
  • You will lose access to all saved delivery addresses and need to re-enter them if you create a new account
  • All your order history, wishlist items, and saved payment methods will be permanently lost
  • Any loyalty points, rewards, or freshiyo cash will be forfeited
  • You can create a new account later if needed, but you'll need to start fresh with no order history
  • Contact customer support if you have any pending orders, refunds, or payment issues
